Throughout the pandemic, children and youth have had to deal with abrupt changes to routines and schedules, online learning, social isolation, loss of peer and family interaction, decrease in social skills competency, and an increase in gaming and use of technology.

Kids Wellness Yoga emphasizes the importance of mental health and wellness, physical health and a sense of community.  Our program helps children and youth learn resilience, build confidence, express gratitude, learn social skills and foster connection.  Developed with a trauma-informed lens, the Kids Wellness Yoga program provides a supportive safe space for children and youth to honour their body and emotions while engaging in social-emotional learning.
