Refund policy


If a program is cancelled due to low enrollment or circumstances beyond the instructor’s control, participants will be issued a full refund. If a class is cancelled due to unsafe weather conditions or circumstances beyond the instructor’s control, every effort will be made to reschedule that class. If that class cannot be rescheduled, then participants will get a refund for that particular class.

Please note: No refunds or make-up sessions will be given for any missed classes.

For daycares and group organizations, no refunds will be issued. Scheduling another date and time will occur if circumstances arise beyond the instructor or the organization’s control.

If you wish to request a refund:

For Individual Sessions

Up to 2 weeks prior to the 1st class:
A full refund will be issued minus a $20 administrative fee.  

Up to 1 week prior to the 1st class:
A 50% refund will be issued minus a $20 administrative fee.  

Less than 1 week prior to the 1st class:
No refunds will be issued

For Special Events

Up to 2 weeks prior to the event date:
A full refund will be issued minus a $20 administrative fee.

Up to 1 week from the event date:
A 50% refund will be issued minus a $20 administrative fee.  

Less than 1 week from the event date:
No refunds will be issued.  

For Community Group and Family Sessions

Up to 2 weeks prior to the 1st class:
A full refund will be issued minus a $20 administrative fee.

Less than 2 weeks prior to the 1st class:
No refunds will be issued.

For School Lunch or After School Programs

Up to 1 week prior to the 1st class:
A full refund will be issued minus a $20 administrative fee.

Less than 1 week prior to the 1st class:
No refunds will be issued.
